TROPHY CLOTHING - 1506 AUTHENTIC DENIM PAINTER PANTS

Inspired by vintage store-brand designs, these 13.5oz Authentic denim painter pants are crafted with authentic workwear details.

The entire garment is sewn with cotton thread, with chain-stitched sections featuring different-colored bottom threads. 

Triple-stitching reinforces key areas for enhanced durability.

Rounded back pockets and tool pockets are classic features of painter pants.

The details include UFO rivets and tack buttons engraved with the brand logo. 

The front features a Pin Lock-style Gripper Zipper for secure fastening.

-Authentic Denim-

This fabric is made with 7-count warp and 6-count weft selvedge denim, incorporating gray weft yarns that perfectly complement the deep indigo warp.

The surface blends deep indigo and gray hues, creating a rich, layered color. 

Woven on vintage shuttle looms, it achieves a rugged texture reminiscent of denim from past eras.

Since this fabric is untreated (loomstate), it will develop a unique character over time, with slight fuzzing and natural twisting occurring through wear.

The fit features a moderately deep rise, a relaxed thigh, and a slightly tapered leg opening for a refined silhouette.

ストアブランドのヴィンテージを参考に、13.5ozのオリジナルデニムで制作したペインターデニムパンツ。

全て綿糸にて縫製し、チェーン部分は下糸の色を変え、各所頑強なトリプルステッチ縫製。

丸みのあるバックポケット、ツールポケットはペインターパンツの特徴です。

UFOリベットにロゴ入りのタックボタン、フロントはカムロック式 Gripper Zipper を採用。

股上は適度に深くワタリは広く設定し、裾巾にやや絞りをいれたオリジナルシルエット。

経７番 、緯６番のセルビッチデニムをベースに、

インディゴと非常に相性の良いグレーに染めた緯糸を打ち込んでいます。

表からは濃色インディゴと相混ざって、とても深みのある色合いとなり、

力織機を用いた粗野な風合いと重なり、旧い時代に生産されたような風合いが生まれます。

生機での仕上げとなりますので、使い込む程に毛羽立ちやねじれなどが生じ、経年変化も楽しんでいただけます。
